Today’s image comes from late December and a sunrise outing to capture the setting moon. While waiting for the moon to drop in the sky, I kept myself busy shooting scenes of the Marblehead skyline from across the harbor. I first shot (and shared) a wider view of a pink-purple sky but then decided to zoom in and focus on the star atop the crane standing between the St. Michaels steeple and that of Grace Community Church.
If you look carefully, you’ll notice the star glowing in the dawn light with a seamless pink sky serving as a perfect backdrop.
Beautiful, did you go to school for taking shots like that?
Lovely pic!!!
