Blizzard of 2013

With the blizzard predicted to dump 2 feet of snow, I thought it might be cool to watch the snow fall as a time lapse.  I set up my camera on a tripod against a window looking out at the street at noon on Friday.  Using an intervalometer, I had the camera take a photo every 5 minutes and stopped it at 7am.  After some quick edits, I combined the 228 images into this 10 second time lapse.  Enjoy!

Now to dig out so I can get some photos around town…

2012 – A Year of Marblehead Images in Ten Minutes

Last year, I posted my first slideshow of images and it was very well received.  When I set out to create this year’s version, I realized that I had shared a lot more images in 2012…263 in all.  I gathered every image posted to the site in the year and then organized them by date taken.  That sequence seemed to make more sense and flowed better than posting them as they appeared on the site.  This way you can see entire outings of sunset images, keep it local, long exposure and from the rooftop images.  I turned again to […]

Last Night’s Sunset – Time Lapse
