After the annual Marblehead Christmas Walk parade concluded, my family and I walked the streets of historic downtown before heading home.  At 2:30pm, I ventured out again as Glover’s regiment was due to re-enact George Washington’s crossing of the Delaware.  I headed to the State Street landing where I made it just in time to capture the regiment firing three volleys from their muskets.

I captured a lot of smoke in the first two volleys and quickly adjusted my settings in hopes of capturing some fire during the third.  Sure enough, I caught two eruptions of orange flame as shots were fired at the Landing.  Seemed appropriate to have the Pub sign visible behind them.
