One more image from that brilliant dawn at Little Harbor from the morning of December 12th. I had played around with compositions and moved closer and closer to the Little Harbor Lobster Company to try to line up Marblehead Light in the distance with the boats moored in the mid-field. Rather than zooming in for a tight shot, I decided to use the morning dew on the wall to frame the scene and add more color with the water reflecting the light in the sky.
This may be my last shared image in 2020. Going to work on my Top 10 of 2020 later today then the end of year slideshow…
*For anyone who has not received their book or calendar order on time, you have my apologies. I have never witnessed so many issues with the USPS as I have this month. Priority mail packages have been delayed for upwards of 2 weeks for no clear reason (tracking just shows them sitting for days on end). I tried to deliver all packages needing to be mailed on the same day or within 1 day of receiving orders but never imagined how bad the USPS system had become.
I received my order in just a few days after placing it! Thank you! Gifts are wrapped and under the tree!
pretty colors, the dew on the wall adds realism……is that a stone path?
It’s an outlet for drains I believe but made of stone
Wednesdays in Marblehead that makes sense. I didn’t think it was for walking on w.ater
I love how the sky is an American flag!
