Today is Rosh Hashanah in the Jewish calendar and so I searched my archives for an image taken at dawn only to find that I hadn’t taken one in quite some time. This shot was captured in September 2013 and, while I’ve been out at sunrise on a number of occasions this year, I haven’t had the opportunity to shoot at dawn yet this Summer or Fall. I am hoping to correct the lack of dawn and sunrise images of our harbor in the days and weeks to come. In the meantime, I wish you a Shana Tova (Happy New Year) for those who celebrate.
