I’ve captured many images of Marblehead Light around sunset (both before after its green light turns on) and yet I had never captured the reflection of sunset’s last light in the glass of the lighthouse before. I was able to ‘reach’ closer to the lighthouse through the use of a borrowed zoom lens and the soft light of sunset reflecting in the glass coupled with the very full harbor made for a picture perfect image of Marblehead on a late September day.
