Though I took this photo of a tree displaying Fall foliage in October 2012, it seemed only appropriate to share it with the upcoming Marblehead football game against Falmouth for the Division 2A championship. When I visited Gatchell park to shoot the lone tree displaying its foliage, I hadn’t expected to find the tackle dummies in a perfect position and with complementary colors to make for a stronger shot.
With those jerseys on display, this quickly became an easily recognizable Marblehead football image and I figured I would share it today in case some in town did not know about Saturday’s matchup.
