Sunday began with warmer than expected temperatures and a picture perfect sky prompting me to head out before my son’s lacrosse game to capture some scenes of an empty harbor.  I stood along Foster Street and captured several views of Marblehead harbor with moorings eagerly awaiting the arrival of boats of all shapes and sizes.

When I finished going through my images, I realized I had five ‘keepers’ and decided to create this Empty Harbor series. Seemed like a good way to get everyone excited for warmer days.
