I mentioned in yesterday’s post that I had been going out more at sunset with the gradual shift in light. This image comes from Saturday night and a trip to Parker Lane.
I’ve photographed from this Public Way countless times and am constantly surprised by just how different the scene can appear depending on light, tide and choice of composition. This image was taken at the peak of light which you can see reflecting nicely in the water of Marblehead Harbor. I wanted to focus on the lone boat and Abbot Hall but included the steeples of St. Michaels Church and the Grace Oliver Church as well.
