This image was taken just six minutes after yesterday’s post. The sun began to dip below the clouds and into the fog which served to diffuse the light and set off a golden sunset on Marblehead Harbor.
I don’t believe I have ever shot just this section of Marblehead as I tend to try to include Abbot Hall whenever I shoot towards this side of town. This time, I wanted the sun to take center stage as it peeked behind the clouds. I included just enough of the town to make the location recognizable.
