I mentioned over the Summer that I happened upon a new composition including this tree’s canopy and Abbot Hall one morning when I was out on a sunrise shoot.  As others commented at the time, the scene would lend itself well to a Fall shoot with changing colors in the leaves.

In early October, I headed out to Crocker Park with this scene in mind.  The tree had started to change its colors for the Fall and several had already made their way down to the ground.  I decided to change the composition just a bit so that the swing would be included this time and become another focal point of the scene.  Didn’t count on a squirrel coming in from the right and adding a bit of life to this perfect Fall image of changing colors at Crocker Park.
