After the big sky that I posted yesterday, I watched as the clouds moved off and sunset’s pastel colors took over. I decided to walk down to Riverhead beach and ended up making my way to the boat ramp. With the high tide, I was able to compose this image and use the curb of the ramp as a leading line into the image. I decided to use a long exposure to calm the water and put a polarizer on the front of the lens to help bring out the subtle reflections of the clouds above.
