Back to the sunrise of August 3rd to start this week off right.  As I mentioned previously, I woke at 4:45am on this particular Saturday and decided to take advantage of that by heading down to the Crocker Park area to shoot the dawn as it broke over Marblehead Harbor.  Before heading up there, I ran down to the water’s edge and captured these incredible colors in the sky and reflecting in the waters of Marblehead harbor.  I love seeing the harbor filled to capacity with boats and the calm waters on this early August morning helped keep them sharp while pushing the mirror-like quality of the waters.

By the time, the sun had come up high enough to end this incredible show, I had taken countless shots and ended up with nine that I wanted to process and share with you.  Each is different because of the composition but also because the light changed so drastically during the short time I spent out there.  Hope you like this third entry of dawn breaking over Marblehead harbor.
