I can’t recall what led me to wake up at 5am on April 14th but, as soon as I was up, I headed straight for Crocker Park and was rewarded with a corker of a sunrise. This is my third (and final) image from this morning where the sky shifted through red, pink and purple and the calm water reflected the light in the sky. I played with the composition of Marblehead Light, Childrens Island and the lone sailboat with wider and tighter shots but this was a really nice in-between that stayed in the ‘to be published’ folder until this morning.

Hope it gets your day started on the right foot.
