On October 30th, after more than the expected amount of snow fell in Marblehead, I headed out in the hopes of a nice sunset. I decided to shoot from along Foster Street and took turns with compositions of Abbot Hall and the harbor to the left with others of the Corinthian and Marblehead Light to the right.

Here the coating of snow on the roof of the Corinthian added a bit of contrast to the building with Marblehead Light’s green beacon shining at a more reasonable 5:35pm sunset all while the sky behind turned into shades of pink.
