Yesterday’s bright sun and relative warmth helped erase some of the lingering cold from the too-long Winter. It reminded me that Marblehead Harbor would soon start filling up with boats and so I looked to the archive for images of some of the last boats left in the harbor.
In this image from October 22nd, you can make out more than a few boats on their moorings and the subtle colors of Fall in the trees around Abbot Hall.
Won’t be too much longer before Marblehead Harbor begins filling up with boats for a new season…
