Less than a minute after yesterday’s image of blue skies and streaking clouds, I captured this shot of boats in Marblehead harbor and golden light striking Abbot Hall. I had gone from the widest view on my zoom lens for yesterday’s image to its most telephoto for this one.
The difference from a 24mm to this 105mm view was like night and day allowing me to capture the golden light in the early evening sky lighting up Abbot Hall’s clock face and weathervane.
One more image from this evening outing coming tomorrow – stay tuned.
