Summer sunsets have to be one of my favorite subjects to photograph.  Heading out on a warm evening chasing after whisps of clouds and waiting for each evening’s show brings a sense of anticipation that is usually well rewarded.

On this evening in June, there was an explosion of color in Marblehead Harbor with the sky above moving through shades of pinks and purples that lasted for what felt like an eternity.  Seemed like a nice image to turn to on this December day.
