It was hot the first week in July and, as I made my way around town on a Wednesday, I figured I would shoot some kids diving off the floating dock at Crocker park. I made my way down there but saw little to shoot until I turned around saw a group that was taking advantage of the high tide by diving off the cliff. I climbed back up the stairs, introduced myself, and proceeded to shoot as they jumped in one after another. This was my favorite shot of the series – a single jumper caught in mid stride with a harbor full of boats and the lighthouse serving as backdrop.
