I spent a few hours on Columbus Day going through photos from recent outings and making final decisions on those that needed to be processed vs those that would be deleted. As I looked through the set of images from September 23rd and that epic sunset over Marblehead Harbor, I found a few new keepers that I had overlooked the first time around.

This image was taken near the end of the evening when the sky shifted to a deep red glow that washed over the waters of Marblehead Harbor. I composed the shot to include a cropping of boats near the Neck and including the familiar steeples of St. Michaels and Grace Community Church punctuating the skyline across the harbor.
