After the incredible weather that we experienced on Mother’s Day and with today’s expected continued warmth, it’s only a matter of time before Marblehead Harbor is filled with boats. This was the view on an early June evening at sunset when a beautiful sky, made up of pinks reflected off clouds above, washed over Marblehead Harbor.
I was standing on the Boston Yacht Club float on this particular evening as I had just captured an image of the cannon firing at sunset when this sunset began to take shape. I stayed on the floating dock as the composition from water level offered a unique vantage point from which to capture the scene before me.
Enjoy the warm weather before the short blast of cold comes through over the next few days.
