I mentioned on Monday’s post that I had gone out last Wednesday as the sun set to explore Bass Rock Lane. After taking a few images of the houses that line the water’s edge, I settled down near this tide pool to catch reflections of the setting sun. This was taken at the peak of the night’s color show. The still waters in the tide pool made for a great reflective surface that mirrored what was happening in the sky above. It’s always exciting to find a new spot to shoot from and even more so when the weather and light cooperate.
