Rays of Light over Goldthwait Beach

Storms seem to be missing us to the north and south on this particular day and I headed out in hopes of capturing the storms from a distance. I spent all of last week sharing images of a great dawn over Marblehead Harbor during which the fog gradually thickened as the sun rose. Once the sun rose high enough in the sky, I sought out compositions to take advantage of the great diffused red light that bathed the harbor and boats. This was one such scene.
